Over 20 years of collective experience in media-for-equity in the UK

We sit at a unique intersection of venture capital, start-up, consumer, and media worlds

Our team values

We are a high performance team that shares common values

We are honest and authentic

The investment industry is full of hyperbole—we avoid it. We speak openly, honestly, and with clarity, building trust through direct and meaningful conversations.

We are playful and curious

Media for equity is an unconventional path to growth. We back overlooked companies, segments, and founders, offering elegant, practical solutions with exceptional speed.

We care about purpose

Consumer brands are being reshaped by purpose, and we embrace this shift. Businesses with a strong mission can drive real change, and we are proud to support them.

We support the UK consumer economy

Many consumer brands struggle with marketing. Channel 4’s assets help, and we understand our role in the ecosystem. Strengthening the UK consumer economy is central to our mission.

Meet the team

We are a small, passionate team that is built on a unique culture both within Channel 4 and within the investment landscape. Our values and culture are special and we believe this helps us identify and support potential investments. We play a unique role in the ecosystem, solving for a much needed gap in the knowledge of founders in building capabilities in “brand equity”. We are proud to support Channel 4’s larger and important purpose.  We generate incremental cashflow returns to Channel 4, our sole backer.  This supports Channel 4’s unique purpose.
